Roasting Technology. A roasting technical department is established, serving roasting R&D, engineering (consulting, costing and EPC), and equipment. The main application scope includes copper roasting, gold roasting, and pyrite roasting.
Copper roasting. The roasting technology is applied to treat various grades, from 14% to 56%, of copper concentrates. We have rich experience in roasting both domestic and overseas.
Gold roasting. Generally, two-stage roasters are adopted for gold roasting. And in this process, arsenic removal is of great importance.
Pyrite roasting. The primary purpose of pyrite roasting is to produce acid with off gas, which is treated by gas cleaning. The product acid and iron calcine can be sold to create economic value.
Off gas cleaning technology. A series of innovative equipment is developed to support our gas cleaning technology, such as surface cooling, waste heat boiler, cyclone collector and electrostatic precipitator.
Fluid transportation is the most common unit operating in chemical production. In metallurgy production, there are many types of liquids need to be transported, such as liquids with different viscosity, density, corrosiveness, solid phase content and other properties and quantities, as well as operating conditions-temperature, pressure and flow rate- to name a few. To accommodate these conditions, various types of pumps are required, and for instance, hose pump and slurry pump.
Solid/liquid separation. Focusing on separation of roasting production, special filters, including press filter and belt filter, resistant to acidic slurry corrosion are developed.
